2. Project Engagements

SIC Industrial Infra Development Company undertakes civil construction, infrastructure development and turnkey EPC projects under individually negotiated work orders and contracts, not through this website. Payment terms, mobilisation advances, retention money, milestone billing, cancellation rights and any applicable refunds for a specific project are governed exclusively by the signed contract/work order executed between SIC and the client for that project (including, where applicable, government contract conditions such as CPWD/PWD/DMRC terms).

3. Requesting a Cancellation or Change

If you are a contracting client seeking to cancel, pause or modify an ongoing engagement, please write to us using the contact details below, referencing your contract/work order number. Any cancellation, notice period and refund of amounts already paid will be handled strictly per the terms of that specific contract.

4. Mode & Timeframe of Refund

Where a refund is due under a signed contract, it will be processed by the mode and within the timeframe specified in that contract; in the absence of a specified timeframe, we aim to process any agreed refund within 30 business days of written confirmation from both parties.
